🧩 Who you are

We are looking for a Developers & Partners Success / Account Management Specialist for our Operations Team!

You’ll be empowered to guarantee our Partners OnBoarding and Success Management. You will also be proactive in learning more about apps monetization and distribution in one of the most dynamic industries of our time: Mobile & Gaming!

🎯 What are you going to do?

  • Mediation between clients and the organization to ensure our developer's satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and communication.
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience and performance.
  • Assist with the creation of products and promotional plans for developers and partners to improve and ensure our customer's success.
  • Performing QA testing on submitted games/apps.
  • Developing and maintaining a positive relationship with top-grossing mobile games/apps developers & partners globally.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams – from Creative, Technical, Finance, Marketing and Legal.

⭐ What are we looking for?

  • Background in Computer Science / Informatics / Information management or any equivalent area;
  • Fluency in English;
  • 1-2 years of customer support or quality assurance experience (is a plus);
  • Outgoing, open-minded, self-started, fast-leaner;
  • Being used to work in a start-up environment.
