THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Booking & Roadtrip Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing customers who have shown interest in booking a campervan but did not complete the process, or customers looking to enhance their existing bookings with add-ons, extras, or insurance. You will also reconnect with past customers, encouraging them to embark on another unforgettable adventure with us. This role is based in our Lisbon HQ.

 

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Lead Follow-Up: Contact customers identified through commercial leads who have not completed their campervan booking online.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Engage with customers who have existing bookings but have searched for extras, such as insurance, additional kilometres, or other services, to encourage them to finalise the purchase.
  • Reach out to customers who travelled with us 9 months ago, (both first-party and third-party campers) to promote new trips and special offers for the upcoming year.
  • You will conduct virtual consultations with prospects and customers to present tailored options that meet their travel needs.
  • Develop strong connections with customers to build trust, ensure satisfaction, and foster loyalty for repeat business.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, track sales activities, and provide regular updates to the sales team.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or customer service industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present options and build rapport with customers.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and online communication tools (Slack, Google Workspace).
  • Strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that enhance their experience.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously, track progress, and meet deadlines.
  • Past experience in upselling, cross-selling, or managing long-term customer relationships is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
