We’re looking for a channel enablement specialist to join us in our Lisbon Office and further uplift our customer operations department. We are looking for an individual with a prior focus on content creation with strong cross-functional experience collaborating with other organisations to ensure alignment. You will thrive in this role if you have the ability to identify, create, train, and measure effectiveness for partners and internal audiences while ensuring compliance with partner programs, policies, processes, and contracts. Your new adventure
Work collaboratively with a team to run a best-in-class partner enablement program for solution providers while ensuring compliance with partner programs, policies, processes, and contractsEnable our solution providers to understand, position, sell, support, and integrate our products into customer solutionsDeliver a strong enablement program for internal team members, including onboarding of new joiners and ongoing team education (e.g., product, policy, and process updates)Contribute ideas to the development of partner program frameworks, policies, processes, and tools that best drive Pipedrive’s channel strategyManage the implementation of improvement opportunities in partner program frameworks, policies, processes, and tools that best drive Pipedrive’s channel strategyBuild processes to improve the partner and/or internal channel sales team experience, efficiency, and effectiveness. Implement these processes by having a deep understanding of the program frameworks and toolsManage system processes to ensure complianceProvide ongoing support to channel partners, answering questions and addressing concerns to ensure their successCollaborate with our partner marketing team to ensure quality partner resources for marketing, including collateral, co-marketing, events, and toolsCoordinate the engagement of sales, customer success, support, technical, and management resources to meet partner performance objectives and partner expectationsCoordinate and host regular partner webinars to share quarterly updatesIdentify partner needs for additional training and develop a webinar cadence to meet those needs Does this sound like you?
