Chief of Staff

We are in search of a Chief of Staff to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll be supporting our recruitment efforts and helping us ensure our growth is done with the right talent in the right place. Quality will always be above quantity!

What will be your responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founding team to develop, communicate, execute, and sustain corporate strategic initiatives and priorities;
• Manage special projects and strategic initiatives from inception to successful completion;
• Provide oversight of key operational functions and ensure alignment with corporate strategies;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and execution of critical projects;
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Founding team, providing insights and recommendations on key business decisions;
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and communications;
• Lead change management efforts to support organizational growth and transformation;

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field;
• Proven experience in a leadership role with a track record of driving strategic initiatives;
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization;
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities;
• Experience in change management and organizational development is a plus;
