What you will do:
You will play a pivotal role in understanding and analyzing consumer behavior to support strategic business decisions. Your responsibilities will include :Conducting consumer and market research (qualitative and quantitative) Drive clear insights and strategic recommendations to build on market, brand, product, and channel growth Drive global initiatives and tests based on collected data and insights Support markets, product, and marketing teams with market and consumer research development and analysis Develop clear growth and optimization recommendations based on a combination of internal data, consumer and market research, and competitive analysis Who we are looking for:
Passionate about consumer-centricity Proficiency with classic consumer and market research methodologies and tools (ex: SurveyMonkey, Conjointly, Qualtrics) Strong understanding of statistical analysis and ability to interpret complex data sets with different tools (Excel, SPSS, or similar) Understanding of consumer research techniques such as focus groups, interviews, and market segmentation. Ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on insights. Previous experience in consumer insights, market research, or a related field. A minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role is preferred. What we offer:
