Let’s start with the role
The CRM Executive, Budget and Performance will support the Senior CRM Planning & Operations Managers in developing and implementing Kaizen's promotional programs in an optimized and cost-effective way. This role will be instrumental in executing CRM initiatives, tracking their effectiveness, and providing insights that contribute to optimizing customer acquisition and retention strategies. The ideal candidate is data-driven and collaborative, with a strong focus on understanding and improving the impact of bonus programs across our sportsbook and casino products.
As a CRM Executive - Budget & Performance you will:
- Execute and Analyze the CRM Budget:
- Support the Senior CRM Planning & Operations Managers in implementing bonus and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Conduct initial analysis on the impact of CRM initiatives, providing data-driven insights to inform future campaign strategies.
- Work closely with the CRM, local commercial teams, and Analytics teams to ensure that CRM strategies align with product launches, customer segmentation, and engagement objectives.
- Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Compile and maintain detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in creating regular performance updates for stakeholders, using data visualizations to illustrate campaign effectiveness and identify trends.
- Monitor key metrics and flag any issues or opportunities to the Senior Management to optimize CRM strategies.
- Campaign Documentation and Repository Management:
- Maintain a repository of ongoing and historical CRM campaigns, ensuring that campaign details, results, and learnings are well-documented and accessible.
- Keep campaign documentation up-to-date, assisting the Manager in tracking performance over time and capturing lessons learned for future reference.
- Organize and manage templates, reports, and key documents related to CRM activities across markets.
- Customer Insights:
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to extract insights on customer preferences and engagement, helping to tailor future bonus offers to maximize impact.
- Support the Senior Managers in making data-driven adjustments to existing bonuses and offers to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Performance Improvement and Recommendations:
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing bonus program results to identify opportunities for improvement, offering data-backed recommendations to the Manager.
- Contribute to quarterly and annual campaign reviews, presenting insights and ideas for enhancing future bonus initiatives.
