Our Attendee Delegation team identifies and pursues new business opportunities with delegations within the private and public sector. The team works closely with our Marketing and Growth teams to develop sales collateral, marketing materials and campaigns to support targeted outbound sales activities.

We are now looking for a Delegation Sales Executive to join our growing team, to focus on new business acquisition and development strategies across multiple global markets.

What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with delegations within the private and public sector. 
  • Renewal of bulk ticket purchasers for specific events
  • Actioning enquiries from the website for your targeted events with the aim of selling bulk ticket packages to interested parties. 
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Growth team to develop sales collateral, marketing materials, and campaigns to support targeted outbound sales efforts.
  • Achieve the General Attendee ticket sales target for each conference by focusing on: Renewal sales of bulk ticket sales, sales to inbound enquiries for bulk GA / Executive / Chairperson tickets, additional tickets and upgrades to all ticket GA, WIT and Open Source attendee groups as well as outbound campaigns
  • Skills and abilities we're looking for

  • Fluent written and spoken Portuguese is a mandatory requirement for this position
  • A minimum of 1 year of proven success in new business acquisition/development strategies across multiple markets.
  • Great communication skills in English, especially on the phone, as well as the ability to engage any audience.
  • A genuine willingness to learn and drive to succeed in your career.
