What will you do?
1. Partner Enablement:
- Lead the certification process of new partners and coordinate onboarding sessions with our product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Lead recurrent sales training sessions and equip partners with essential sales assets and enablement tools.
- Tailor sales and marketing materials for various markets.
- Support the organization of partner-related events and other marketing activities.
- Lead recurrent product training sessions, covering recent launches and future updates.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of PRM records and conduct forecasting exercises with partners.
2. Opportunity Management:
- Manage and close inbound sales opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal closures.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly forecast pipeline opportunities.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with multiple stakeholders at various levels to foster partnerships.
- Participate and represent the company at industry events and our annual customer events.
Who are we looking for?
We expect a candidate who can effectively drive partnerships and sales while collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of French is a plus.
- Proven experience in partner management, sales, and marketing.
- A proactive approach to learning about industry trends and partner needs.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and empathy with a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel abroad and a team-oriented attitude.
