You. In a nutshell:

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Engagement Lead to take the helm in fostering user engagement and driving feature adoption across Rauva’s ecosystem. In this role, you’ll design and implement data-driven strategies that inspire users to explore and maximize the full suite of Rauva’s tools. Your impact will be directly tied to user engagement, product usage, and the insights we generate for our users.


Your Responsibilities

  • User Engagement Strategy:
    • Develop and implement strategies to engage with Rauva's user base
    • Design and execute campaigns that encourage users to fund their accounts and use Rauva's business cards, send a higher volume of invoices through Rauva's software, upload receipts into Rauva's expense management platform meetings, interact with their accountants
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive user experience
    • Create insights and reports for our users that enables them to understand their own business
  • Automated Communication:
    • Create, manage, and optimize automated workflows to guide users through key actions
    • Create proactive support communications and product marketing pieces
    • Segment users effectively to deliver personalized and relevant messages.
  • Product Feature Improvements:
    • Collaborate with product squads to identify and prioritize feature enhancements that improve user engagement and satisfaction
    • Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product development and improve user experience.
  • Growth Hacking Experiments:
    • Design and execute growth-hacking experiments to test new engagement strategies.
    • Monitor and analyze the results of these experiments, iterating quickly based on findings to improve engagement metrics.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
    • Use analytics tools to monitor and interpret user behavior and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities to increase user satisfaction and reduce churn.
    • Leverage these insights to guide product and service development and enhance user engagement strategies.


What’s your ideal background?

  • Proven experience in user engagement, growth hacking, or a similar role in a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Experience creating communication journey to drive customer activation and engagement
  • Strong understanding of automated communication tools (e.g. Braze, Mailchimp, Mixpanel) and strategies (email marketing platforms, push notification services, etc.); able to manage user audiences and deliver tailored messaging
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Creative thinker with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in leading and building teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bonus: experience in tech that facilitates monthly SME compliance & fiscal obligations
