Maintains a user-centric approach, ensuring products are accessible, easy to use, and exceed user expectations. - Collaborates closely with Product Managers to innovate, deliver, and implement optimal solutions for the business.
- Takes ownership of roadmap planning, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timelines are met.
- Remains deeply informed about the product’s architecture and components.
- Removes obstacles to support development progress, allowing focus on coding and delivery.
- Manages team performance, supports growth, and addresses underperformance as needed.
- Fluent English
- Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Strong coding background (e.g., Java, Node, JavaScript) and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams; experience in setting goals and driving performance.
- Project Management: Skilled in Agile methodologies, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; adept at explaining technical concepts to various stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
