Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in lead generation and growth marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid ads and cross-channel acquisition funnel management, with a proven ability to drive high-quality leads and execute growth experiments. This role is critical in helping us test and refine our value propositions, enabling us to make data-driven decisions on the best direction for our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Hacking: You will own and implement a robust experimentation plan, testing new strategies and creatives to identify opportunities for Rauva’s hyper growth scale and finding new product development opportunities.
- Performance ads: Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other paid media channels, optimising scale for optimal cost of acquisition.
- Non-paid channels: Build non-paid acquisition channels such as SEO, events, lead magnets, affiliates, partnerships, etc. Your goal is to find successful experiments that lead to growth and reduce customer acquisition cost.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation and maximum return on investment. Proactively plan, control and report to management on spend and outcomes.
- Project management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including management, product, design, and data analytics, to report and align marketing outcomes with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- 5 years minimum as a growth marketing manager with a strong focus on lead generation.
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Ads & Paid social with focus in lead gen and user acquisition.
- Experiment-driven growth mindset, with familiarity with implementation across marketing and tracking tools (ex. Amplitude, Hotjar, Crazy Egg and GTM).
- Excellent analytical skills and data-first mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to a non-technical audience. Portuguese is a strong plus.
- Experience in the Fintech/B2B SaaS industry is a plus.
