THE ROLE

The HCM Application Specialist role maintains and supports the Workday HCM system across several areas. You will support the Workday team to configure, test, and maintain updates related to HCM modules in scope. You will be hands-on and knowledgeable in HCM systems, specifically Workday. Additionally, the role will be a point of escalation for system queries from teammates/managers. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support supplier enablement, and best practices.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Configure, transform, and maintain Workday HCM modules to deliver value to business stakeholders
  • Provide troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management
  • Monitor recurring issues and identify opportunities for system or process improvements
  • Lead and participate in performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
  • Maintain all elements related to assigned Workday modules.
  • WHO YOU ARE

  • A professional with a Bachelor's degree and +2 years of related experience
  • Experienced in HR CLOUD solutions, preferably Workday
  • General knowledge, configuration and business process implementation experience in a HCM CLOUD solutions
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Highly energetic, enthusiastic, with an entrepreneurial spirit, and a great sense of humour!
