Job Description

The Head of Brand Marketing and Communications develops and executes comprehensive strategies to enhance the brand's identity and positioning. This role involves leveraging the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), managing advertising campaigns, overseeing public relations, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. The position also entails conducting internal and external marketing analyses to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Responsibilities

Conduct Marketing Analysis (Internal and External)

  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis by segments, countries, and industry trends to assess growth potential.
  • Identify priority development directions and integrate these insights into the company’s strategic planning.
  • Prepare regular reports on strategic marketing KPIs, competitive activities, and market benchmark.

Brand Management

  • Develop and enhance the product portfolio based on market demands and client feedback.
  • Identify growth opportunities and strategic priorities for brand development using the 4P framework (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
  • Manage brand perception, including monitoring reputation and analyzing customer feedback

Oversee Advertising and Promotional Campaigns

  • Develop multi-channel brand promotion strategies utilizing content marketing, influencer engagement, and integration of traditional and digital channels.
  • Manage internal and external brand communications to boost brand appeal and recognition.
  • Organize marketing activities to strengthen brand positioning and increase customer loyalty. Optimize campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention

Monitor and Analyze Brand Performance

  • Track key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of branding initiatives.
  • Develop and present regular performance reports to the executive team.

Create and Manage Content Across Sales Channels

  • Oversee the development and distribution of engaging content tailored to various sales channels.
  • Ensure content is consistent with brand voice and strategy for optimal audience engagement.

Manage and Develop the Brand Marketing and Communications Team

  • Lead and mentor the marketing and communications team to achieve strategic goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to drive high performance.

Job Requirements and Skills

  • 9+ Years of Experience in brand management or a closely related role.
  • Significant experience in developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
  • Experience designing and managing multi-channel advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Proven success in driving customer acquisition and retention through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Experience overseeing the creation and distribution of content tailored to various sales channels.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience in brand marketing, preferably within the automotive spare parts, non-food FMCG or retail sector.
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to conduct detailed market and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent Project Management Skills with a track record of successfully developing Brands.
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • English C1 (min B2)

  • Advanced Degree (MBA or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with E-commerce Marketplaces and B2B sales channels.
  • Ability to Innovate and drive product improvements based on market feedback and trends
  • Ability to use market insights to make informed strategic decisions.
