As the Head of Product Platform at Sword Health, you will be responsible for driving the development of platform-wide features and ensuring that all solutions are interconnected to maximize the holistic value of the platform for our members .

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute the vision and strategic roadmap for Sword Health’s platform, aligning with company objectives and market demands.
  • Ensuring different solutions work together effectively (e.g., member triage across solutions).
  • Identifying and developing platform features that can be leveraged by all solutions simultaneously.
  • Driving product initiatives that leverage an AI-first mindset and scale to millions of users.

  • What you need to have:

  • Proven experience in product management, especially in creating and scaling product features for large user bases.
  • A track record of delivering cross-product features and ensuring seamless product integration.
  • Experience in fast-paced, product-driven environments (healthcare experience not required).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong commitment to excellence and a high bar for product quality.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes.
