About the Role
Be part of a team that is responsible for providing application support to different security applications for the VW Brands. The aim of the service is to ensure efficient and qualified operation.
What you will be doing
• Provide a global support according to business expectations based on SLA, focused on Incidents, Problems, Change and Request Management processes using the ITIL framework;
• Work within a focused and analytical team in order to identify and solve complex technical issues related to Endpoint Security Systems to protect the VW Brands from viruses, malware, exploits, ransomware and other potential attacks on the IT infrastructure of the group;
• Collaborate directly with the team in Germany with the aim of managing customer’s expectations and meet client’s expectations;
• Collaborate with other VW Departments in rollouts and provisioning of security applications, ensuring process quality and mitigating risk while meeting planned deadlines;
• Maintain a Knowledge Base by creating and improving articles containing technical documentation, useful information for daily work, standard procedures and best practices. Participate in the planning and implementation of continuous process improvement.
What you will bring
• Academic background in IT/Engineering or related relevant experience;
• Proven experience in Trellix product administration, namely ePolicy Orchestrator, Endpoint Security;
• Systems and network administration skills (Windows, macOS and Linux);
• Knowledge on scripting languages to help automate daily tasks (must have);
• English fluency, both written and spoken;
• Great customer orientation and advanced problem-solving skills;
• Great communication and collaboration skills, and a "get things done" attitude;
• Background and interest in Application Support;
• Previous contact with Agile Methodologies;
• Some sort or Certification in ITIL or Cloud (not mandatory).
