We are looking for an HR Partner to support and guide People Leaders across our organization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our leaders are equipped to create a positive and high-performing environment, aligned with Vizrt’s goals and values.

About the role:

  • Support People Leaders: Provide expert guidance on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Champion Engagement: Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement based on global survey results and site-specific feedback.
  • Drive Change Management: Collaborate with teams to prepare for, implement, and sustain change initiatives.
  • Handle Employee Administration: Oversee employment contracts, benefits, and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will be responsible for our offices in Portugal and Spain, and support with certain tasks for our Austrian entity.
  • Enhance HR Processes: Evaluate and continuously improve processes like salary reviews, leadership training, and workforce planning.
  • Deliver Insights: Analyze HR data to provide actionable recommendations to leaders and drive strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Legal, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of employment law and workplace regulations.
  • Expertise in people processes such as performance management and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy.
  • A passion for fostering an engaged and productive workforce.
  • Proven ability to work independently and drive HR initiatives from concept to implementation
