- Team Management: Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, consisting of three members located in Portugal and Germany, providing methodological insights and ongoing guidance.
- Country-Specific TA: Take ownership of TA requirements in the Czech Republic, working hands-on to meet recruitment needs.
- End-to-End Process Ownership: Manage the entire TA process (E2E), ensuring seamless execution from sourcing to onboarding.
- Process Optimization: Develop structured TA processes in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment, re-evaluating and improving them as needed to align with business requirements and enhance the hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Focus on Quality and Retention: Balance hiring speed and retention while maintaining a high standard of quality in hires.
- Talent Database Management: Build and maintain a robust talent database while ensuring full GDPR compliance in data retention and usage.
- Vacancy Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure candidates match role requirements, providing a smooth pre-hiring experience and partnering on onboarding journeys.
- Advisory Role: Serve as a proactive advisor to the business on evolving TA topics, including compensation and benefits, regulatory changes, and other location-specific developments.
- Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Expand and optimize sourcing channels in key locations (e.g., Prague, Lisbon, Odense), creating and maintaining a practical talent pipeline.
- Employer Branding: Work with a task force to strengthen employer branding initiatives in alignment with TA strategies.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share TA best practices, market trends, and locational updates with the broader HR team on a regular basis.
- Recruitment Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on, end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in tech or SaaS industries, supporting fast-paced organizations with diverse job profiles.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience managing and leading recruitment teams, ideally across European or globally dispersed locations.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage senior-level stakeholder relationships, using strong market knowledge and advisory skills to influence and challenge effectively.
- Data-Driven Approach: Understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to apply data-driven insights in a dynamic environment.
- Sourcing Skills: Creativity and expertise in developing tailored, effective sourcing strategies.
- Prioritization Ability: Experience in prioritizing and de-prioritizing TA plans while ensuring team alignment and support.
- Employer Branding: Previous experience with employer branding initiatives is a plus.
- Client-Centric Mindset: Strong ability to understand client needs and deliver impactful recruitment results.
- Adaptability: A process-focused, can-do attitude with the flexibility to optimize strategies as needed.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, organizational abilities, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Collaboration: A collaborative and positive mindset, with a genuine passion for building teams through strategic recruitment.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Portuguese and/or Czech hiring markets is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Effective presentation skills and fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
