🧑‍💻 About The Role

As a member of Bounce's Sales Academy, you'll become a Market Launcher within our sales team and embark on an exciting 6-month journey designed to jumpstart your career in sales. This comprehensive program offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment where innovation and ambition thrive. You’ll receive full training on our products, services, and sales techniques from day one, with structured guidance and mentorship from our experienced team. Throughout the year, you’ll build your skill set in lead generation, relationship management, and closing deals, all while developing a deep understanding of sales. By the end of the program, you'll be equipped with the confidence and expertise to succeed in a dynamic sales role at Bounce or beyond.

👷🏾‍♀️ Where you come in

  • You will grow Bounce’s network and close supply gaps across Europe
  • You will be expected to cold call, email, and outreach to prospective clients
  • Work closely with your manager to identify areas for expansion
  • You are supplied with leads every month, but you are expected to deliver your own leads
  • You are responsible for the full cycle of the sales from discovery call, sales pitch, close, creating the account, to onboarding the partner.
  • Opportunity to travel for outbound sales activities

✅ Your profile

  • Must be fluent in English and any other European language is a bonus
  • High-energy individual with a strong desire to learn and achieve top results
  • Comfortable with a high volume of sales calls & confidence in cold approaching businesses
  • Comfortable with rejection / hearing "no"
  • Charismatic, positive, “can-do” attitude over the phone and in-person
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethic who’s looking to contribute directly to the company’s success
  • Confidence in face-to-face interaction and outside sales with local businesses
  • Self-starter with the drive to self-manage and work towards goals
  • Interest in Sales, Marketing, and startups
