Usercentrics is a global leader in data privacy and privacy-led marketing solutions. We believe there is no need for a trade-off between growth and privacy compliance. Our vision is to unlock the potential of data privacy to empower a thriving digital ecosystem. We work with companies to create a healthy balance between data-driven business and privacy-led marketing for every size of enterprise. Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.

As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will play a key role in spearheading the conception and execution of our marketing campaigns. Working closely with the team's experts, you will design, steer, and coordinate big full-funnel campaigns that align with company goals and ensure their successful implementation. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to help build the foundations of our “scalable campaign engine” and develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of our marketing initiatives. This role sits in Marketing Enablement.

  • Marketing Calendar Ownership: You will own the Marketing Calendar, ensuring all our Marketing campaigns are fully reflected and included in it, closely aligned with the other Marketing teams, and synchronized with all team efforts.
  • Driving Big Creative Campaigns: You will drive the conception and execution of our big creative full-funnel campaigns, act as the main point of contact, and coordinate these campaigns from start to finish. You will bring your in-depth marketing knowledge to accompany those campaigns while managing internal and external stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables and closely monitoring campaign KPIs.
  • Drive the successful coordination of smaller cross-departmental marketing campaigns (e.g., industry campaigns, etc.), helping to manage timelines and ensuring that all stakeholders contribute necessary input on time.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams across departments (Sales, Legal, Content, Brand&Comms, Product Marketing,..) to ensure smooth communication and campaign alignment. This includes alignment on handoffs, approvals, and feedback loops.
  • Building New Processes: We are striving to create and build a “scalable campaign engine” that will allow us to build repeatable processes and flows we can use for all future campaigns of the same type. In this role, you will, therefore, have the chance to build many new processes from scratch.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in at least four main areas of marketing (such as content, product marketing, paid search, SEO,...).
  • Previous experience successfully coordinating and steering cross-team or cross-departmental marketing campaigns.
  • A thorough understanding of the B2B environment, especially PLG motions.
  • A deep understanding of marketing areas, tactics, and campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience in relevant marketing channels (Google Ads, SEO, events, partner marketing, copywriting, etc.)
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello,...) is beneficial.
  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to collect and interpret data
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative approach, eager to learn and contribute ideas to the team.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • The eagerness to build and create new processes and flows and navigate new campaign management and coordination paths.
  • Have a growth mindset, you are willing to learn and grow daily.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
