YOUR MISSION

Introduce, pitch and position Glovo's Retail Media Aadvertising Aassets as the best solution for Media Agencies to allocate budget they have from their client Brands, invest in order to increase their client’s awareness, consideration, conversion and loyalty. Improve business performance resulting in both, brand's and glovo's growth.

THE JOURNEY

  • Establish excellent relationships with the assigned media agencies and brands through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement.
  • Draw, execute and pitch activation plans, making your media agencies and brands grow through our media solutions (in-app, off-app & offline), identifying cross selling and up selling opportunities. 
  • Create regular reporting in order to provide business insights and advice to media agencies and brands identifying key growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies leveraging Glovo’s platform and solutions to drive growth and achieve their business objectives.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique needs and challenges in the media and data space.
  • Collaborate with media agencies and brands on national projects, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the successful implementation of Glovo’s solutions in different markets.
  • Analyze data trends and customer insights to identify opportunities, develop compelling narratives, and drive client growth, while continuously monitoring and optimizing performance metrics to maximize business impact.
  • Own the media agencies portfolio, aligning objectives and expectations with internal and external Glovo resources, fostering long-term growth, and proactively identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or Communications
  • 1 or 2 years of experience in media and strategy consulting, in-house consulting, business development or consultative sales.
  • Experience in developing strategies to achieve business objectives, with expertise in media buying, contextual and performance marketing, e-commerce, or programmatic and addressability.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, with the ability to leverage Glovo’s 1st party data to create targeted campaigns that align with brands needs.
  • Energetic, highly motivated, results-driven and with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Good Analytical skills and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and verbal, in English and local language
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
  • Ability for identifying opportunities for process improvement in various aspects.
  • Great problem solver skills and capability to adapt fast to unexpected situations.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace. Strong drive for continuous improvement. Creative and a self-starter.
