We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking Brand Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing design strategies that align with our brand’s vision, mission, and business goals in the fast-paced and dynamic world of cryptocurrency.


You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to create visual content, build brand assets, and ensure that our brand remains consistent across all channels, including web, social media, and offline platforms.


We have created the Factors of Growth & Impact to help Villagers better measure impact and articulate coaching, feedback, and the rich and rewarding learning that happens while exploring, developing, and mastering the capabilities and contributions within and outside of the Member of Brand Design role:

Technical Skills

  • Brand Identity: Design and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all digital and physical touchpoints. Ensure consistency in visuals, messaging, and tone of voice in alignment with our brand guidelines.
  • Visual Assets: Create a variety of visual content, including logos, icons, infographics, promotional materials, landing pages, and social media graphics, tailored to the crypto and blockchain community.
  • Complexity and Impact of Work

  • Creative Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of creative strategies to position the brand within the crypto market and build brand recognition.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends in design, branding, and the cryptocurrency industry. Continuously research and propose innovative design solutions that resonate with the blockchain community.
  • Organizational Knowledge

  • Website & Product Design: Collaborate with the product and web development teams to design intuitive UI/UX experiences that reflect the brand’s identity, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Campaign Design: Work with the marketing team to design assets for marketing campaigns, including advertisements, email templates, banners, and other promotional materials.
  • Communication and Influence

  • Collaborative Projects: Work alongside cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product teams, to ensure that design solutions meet business and customer needs.
  • You may be a fit for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand design and visual design, knowledge of UI/UX is a plus.
  • Ability to take ownership of the design process, think holistically, and articulate design decisions that deliver both user and business value.
  • Ability to balance creative and strategic elements to enhance brand recognition and engagement across platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead in cross-functional environments.
  • Worked alongside cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product teams, to ensure that design solutions meet business and customer needs.
  • Ability to give and receive feedback.

  • A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work.
  • Experience in designing for tech industry.
  • Although not a requirement, bonus points if you:

  • Are knowledgeable about current design and cryptocurrency trends, with the ability to propose and implement innovative design solutions that keep the brand relevant.
  • Continuously research and strive to bring fresh, community-aligned perspectives to the brand’s design efforts.
  • Have animation skills.
