
Job Description
You’ll be focused in
• Creating and maintaining ops dashboard and reports
• Taking ownership for umbrella monitoring tool
• Ensuring proper interaction with CMDB, Ticketing tools, etc.
• Keeping monitoring plugins up to date
• Helping new users to onboard umbrella monitoring
• Performing development tasks including testing and technical documentation
• Collaborating with providers (software vendor) to align bugs, feature requests, among others
In order to succeed, you’ll need
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
• Proven experience working as a Network Monitoring Engineer or related role
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Elastic (ELK) - implementation and usage
• Advanced scripting skills (e.g. with bash)
• Experience with Programming plugins (e.g. in NAGIOS, OITC)
• Strong experience with Linux OS
• Knowledge and proven experience with ITIL Processes
• Experience with Network Operations and Network Administration
Nice to have
• Experience with Ansible
• AWS knowledge and experience
• Experience with containerization
• Machine Learning experience
• Experience openITCOCKPIT
