

Onboarding Representative (Customer Success) - French speaker
Job Description
HiJiffy is looking for an Onboarding Representative fluent in French and proficient in English to join the Customer Success team. You’ll be responsible for welcoming, onboarding, and training our French-speaking clients

About the role
- You will be responsible for the whole onboarding process for new clients;
- You will be the first point of contact for the client after a deal is closed;
- You will ensure a smooth and fast experience of onboarding of your clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and support engineering teams to ensure seamless handovers;
- Enhance the onboarding processes to meet the specific needs of clients;
- Provide online training sessions to help clients maximize product adoption;
- Monitor client progress during onboarding and proactively address any challenges;
- Gather and document client feedback during onboarding to inform product improvements.
Tools/Technology:
- Experience using HubSpot is a plus.
Key requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Management;
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Previous hotel experience preferred;
- Fluent in French and proficient in English. Portuguese and/or Spanish are a plus;
- You have a customer-oriented mindset;
- You have strong organisational skills;
- You’re comfortable working in a remote-first organisation and are self-motivated;
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical clients;
- Analytical mindset to track onboarding metrics and suggest process improvements;
- You work well in a team and value collaboration;
- You’re reliable and focused on delivering high-quality work;
- You have a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
