Operational Excellence Manager

We are in search of a Operational Excellence Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll will work closely with key stakeholders to align analytical capabilities with business objectives, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strategic impact.

What will be your responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, waste and cost-saving opportunities, introducing innovative solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency and streamline operations;
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by applying methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen;
• Conduct research and in-depth analysis to assess operational strengths and weaknesses, define improvement areas, and lead initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness;
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment, adoption, and long-term sustainability of process enhancements;
• Develop and maintain standardized procedures to improve consistency, scalability, and operational excellence;
• Conduct site visits and performance reviews with operations teams to promote best practices, optimize resource allocation, and improve staff performance;
• Track key metrics and refine processes to ensure ongoing efficiency improvements and business impact.

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• Proven experience in operational excellence and process improvement across areas like supply chain, manufacturing, field services, etc
• Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.);
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills to drive engagement and process adherence;
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain improvements;
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in operational excellence are a plus;
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities;
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken);
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment;
• Ability to travel.
