Operations Intern

We are looking for an Operations Intern to join our Rentals team in Bolt.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager, assisting in the day-to-day execution of operational tasks while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced mobility environment.

• Assisting in fleet management tasks, ensuring vehicle availability and operational efficiency.
• Supporting the coordination of drivers and logistics, ensuring smooth deployment and collection of vehicles.
• Helping manage and optimise administrative processes, including documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking.
• Conducting data analysis to identify inefficiencies and proposing process improvements.
• Providing support in shift planning and daily task assignments.
• Assisting in onboarding and training new drivers and fleet team.

• You are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• You are fluent in Portuguese and posses a good level of English.
• You have strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• You have interest in mobility, logistics, and operational efficiency.
• You are comfortable in using Microsoft Office/Google Suite, other Data tools being a plus
• You are able to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment and posses strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
