Operations Strategy Consultant - Supply Chain

We are in search of a Operations Strategy Consultant, specialized in supply chain, to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. We’re looking for a hands-on, analytical and structured professional to act as an internal consultant, helping us assess and improve how we work across the supply chain — from planning and deployment to inventory, asset and resource management. Your role will focus on identifying inefficiencies, designing smarter processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that make our operations more scalable, consistent and effective.

What will be your responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across supply chain and operational processes;
• Redesign and optimize processes, using methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma;
• Document current workflows, propose solutions, and support implementation across teams and functions;
• Help embed a culture of operational excellence by promoting best practices and supporting change management;
• Conduct in-depth analysis of data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement;
• Work with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and scale improvements across locations.
• Conduct field visits and operational reviews to identify best practices and surface performance challenges;

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• 3+ years of proven experience in operational excellence and consulting — ideally in supply chain, logistics, or field operations;
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field;
• Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.);
• Strong analytical mindset, with a structured approach to assessing current state and designing improvements;
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders;
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken);
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment;
• Ability to travel.
