About you:

As an Payroll Specialist at Rauva, you will play a critical role in enabling Rauva's rapid growth as one of the leading financial super-apps in the Southern European market.You will join a dynamic team responsible for delivering accounting services to our premium users, ensuring they receive expert financial support tailored to their unique business needs. We are looking for tech savvy modern day accountants that will become true advisors to our customers.


Your Responsibilities


  • Managing employee records (admission, changes, and termination);
  • Interaction with Social Security and Compensation Funds;
  • Monthly payroll processing;
  • Administrative support to payroll processing
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Handle inquiries and requests from our premium users and address their needs regarding payroll topics effectively
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, tax regulations and payroll best practices.



What’s your ideal background?


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of legislation and tax regulations
  • A sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment and ability to multitask
  • Appetite to work in tech / startups
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to provide excellent customer experience to users
  • Fluency in English (B1/B2 +) and Portuguese is a requirement
  • Knowledge of Centragest (plus)
  • Based in Lisbon, Portugal
