Today we're looking for a People & Culture Manager to join our talented team and help us revolutionize healthcare.

This is an opportunity for you to join a fast-growing startup and take a role in shaping the future of how care is provided.

In the meantime, you will do the following:

  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team on developing the company's hiring strategy.
  • Understand, adopt, nurture, and help to shape the company values, principles and culture while partner with leaders to provide expert guidance on HR.
  • Refine our hiring process through continuous iteration. Develop metrics to keep track of the process evolving over time and report metrics tracking each approach's cost & effectiveness.
  • Sourcing and screening candidates. Reaching out to various communities and individuals, tapping into the networks of existing team members and whatever else you deem as potentially effective.
  • Create and manage a continuous learning and development framework.
  • Bring your experience and expertise to make UpHill the destination for top industry talent, with high retention rates.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of successful experience in hiring and people management procedures.
  • Degree in HR, Psychology or Business (or relevant tech field, with HR experience).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coach, influence, and partner with all team members.
  • Ability to think outside the box to tackle untouched opportunities in the tech hiring space.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Superb judgment and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English, verbal and written. Other languages are welcomed.
