As a Senior People & Culture Manager at Altar, you are responsible for finding and nurturing our most valuable asset: our people.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an People & Culture Manager, you’ll:

  • Act as the first point of contact and HR representative for the team and management, providing guidance and support on all cross-functional HR-related matters, including employee benefits, branding initiatives, meal cards and insurance programs;
  • Supervise and monitor the strategies implemented at the recruitment level (agreements with colleges, contact with agencies, Sourcing strategy, HR mobility, visa-related topics, KPIs);
  • Follow-up of the recruitment cycle, supervision of processes and support in the organization and integration of new employees;
  • Update the HR systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • Supporting management in the integration of new employees;
  • Conducting Culture and Well-being questionnaires and interviews;

The Hands-On Experience We Need You to Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology);
  • 5+ years of proven work experience as a Tech Recruiter/People & Culture Manager;
  • Working experience in Start-ups (mandatory);
  • Solid experience in IT (full life cycle) recruitment;
  • Proficient in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.

  • Docker and Kubernetes - for Containerization Orchestration;
  • Cypress, Jest, and Karma – for Testing;
  • Slack, Jira, Notion, and Confluence –for collaboration and organization.
