THE ROLE

We are looking for driven and language-skilled Procurement Support Agents to join our Procurement Task Force on a short-term mission (up to 3 months). You will play a crucial role in helping us scale our Suppliers Network by reaching out to prospective workshop partners and converting them into approved suppliers, with prices and SLAs agreed.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a knack for negotiation. We are hiring one agent per language: German, Italian, French, and Spanish speakers.

This role is based in our Lisbon HQ.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Contact and follow up on supplier leads (workshops) in your assigned language to present our collaboration model and benefits.
• Negotiate service prices and turnaround times to establish fair and efficient supplier agreements.
• Convert leads into approved suppliers by collecting key information and securing Prices and SLAs.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier conversations, progress stages, and signed agreements.
• Collaborate closely with the Procurement Team to align on priorities and weekly lead targets.
• Help build a robust and professional network of workshops ready to support our vehicle fleet efficiently across regions.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Native or fluent speaker in German, Italian, French, or Spanish.
• Comfortable with a minimum wage base + performance-based variable compensation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills — able to engage with partners via phone and email with confidence and professionalism.
• Organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Quick learner with the ability to follow a structured procurement script and process.
• Experience in a commercial or customer-facing role like sales, account management, procurement (preferred).
