Product Owner (Content Management System)
Job Description
You’ll be focused in
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across five or more departments to identify and prioritize system-related demands.
• Creating a streamlined demand management process to ensure all requests are effectively addressed and integrated into the product backlog.
• Designing collaborative frameworks that align with the organization’s documentation and content creation needs.
• Guiding stakeholders in establishing baselines for document layouts and workflows within the Cosima tool.
• Documenting and communicating best practices for system usage and transition processes, ensuring alignment during the shift from on-premise to cloud.
In order to succeed, you’ll need
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
• Experience with Editorial/Content Management Systems, ideally in the Automotive Industry or similar.
• Proven expertise in handling complex stakeholder environments, with a track record of balancing requests from multiple departments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to challenge, prioritize, and streamline demands effectively.
• A technical background in editorial systems, with familiarity in system transitions from on-premise to cloud.
• A collaborative yet assertive approach to building consensus and driving consistency in system usage.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
