THE ROLE
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of our RV sales process. You will be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating processes, and supporting the commercial team with sales fulfilment, from pre-purchase to post-purchase. Your work will help maintain a modern fleet for rental, contribute to financial performance, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Efficiently manage documentation and administrative processes across departments;
- Catalogue and verify invoice payments while ensuring accuracy and compliance;
- Support cross-departmental efforts, maintaining alignment with teams such as Finance, RV Sales, and Depots;
- Manage the end-to-end sales fulfilment process, providing pre- and post-purchase support;
- Proactively support the execution of fleet sales processes, ensuring quality and consistency.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a sales or operational context.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional fluency in French or German is a strong plus.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive and humble attitude with a “builder” mindset, eager to improve processes and contribute to team success.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for working in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with invoicing and finance-related administrative tasks is a plus.
- Experience with RV products or auto sales is a nice-to-have but not mandatory.
