As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes.
- Platform Management: Maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring system reliability, availability, and performance as well as manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure Salesforce using standard features such as process builder, validation rules, etc. and customize dashboards, reports, and analytics to meet user requirements.
- Data Management: Perform data imports, exports, updates, deduplication, and cleanup to ensure data integrity as well as implement data security measures and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions and develop and deliver training materials and sessions to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions and continuously evaluate and improve business processes within Salesforce to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Integration and Development: Coordinate with IT and development teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications as well as manage and maintain integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Release Management: Plan and manage Salesforce releases, including testing and deployment of new features and updates.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
- Experience with data management, including data import/export, data quality, and data security.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A minimum of ADM201 Salesforce certification. Additional certifications such as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM211) are highly preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Rally.
- Experience with common system integration methods and technologies such as Web services, SOAP, JSON, REST, APIs, XML, SSO, SQL, and SOQL.
- Familiarity with Pardot.
