As a Sales Operations Analyst at Iterable, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing our revenue processes, including those related to New Business revenue, SDR and partnerships operations, and ensuring data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Sigma, or Tableau. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Administration & Optimization: Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, including user management, workflow automation, reporting, dashboards, and data integrity.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in sales and revenue processes, recommend improvements, and implement automation to increase efficiency.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build reports and dashboards to track key revenue and sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Data Management: Ensure CRM data accuracy and hygiene, including deduplication, enrichment, and compliance with internal data policies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to align processes and ensure a seamless revenue flow.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Support sales leadership with pipeline analysis, forecasting, and territory planning to drive revenue predictability.
- Tool Management & Integrations: Assist in the evaluation, implementation, and integration of new tools and technologies to enhance revenue operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Strong Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, CPQ, reporting, and automation); Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools).
- Experience with revenue tech stack tools such as Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Clari, and Marketo is a plus.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, with a strong focus on scalability and automation.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
