Job Description
You’ll be focused in
• Managing the Career Development Planning module to support employee growth
• Configuring and customizing Development Plans, Career Paths, and Career Worksheets
• Developing and maintaining mentoring programs to support employee growth
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system functionality, user access, and data integrity
• Developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Configuring and customizing Learning Plans, Curricula, and Learning Activities to meet the specific needs of the organization
• Customizing the LMS to support various learning initiatives and programs
• Setting up LMS admins, assigning required roles & support in LMS reports. Setting up LMS notification & monitoring connectors
• Creating & managing of assignment profiles
• Conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within the timeline
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make improvements as needed
• Creating detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, integration setups, and troubleshooting guides, to support ongoing maintenance and future upgrades.
In order to succeed, you'll need
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly in Career Development & Learning
• E2E Implementation experience and AMS (Application Maintenance Support) experience in SuccessFactors Career Development & Learning
• Ability to evaluate and document business requirements
• Have initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Great English skills, both written and spoken.
