

SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - PMGM & Succession Planning
Job Description
You’ll be focused in
• Offering continuous support to solve the incidents, bugs/any technical challenge in PMGM and Succession Planning, following SLA's
• Configuring and customizing Performance Management and Goal Management modules
• Developing and maintaining Goal Plan templates, Performance Form templates, and Calibration templates
• Reviewing the existing route maps and redesign the route maps, if required to adapt to global setup
• Supporting in performance and development goal imports
• Configure succession planning tools and nomination methods
• Develop and maintain succession plans and talent pools
• Assisting in the configuration and maintenance of the Succession Planning module
• Supporting in rolling out Succession Planning module
• Conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within the timeline
• Creating detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, integration setups, and troubleshooting guides, to support ongoing maintenance and future upgrades.
In order to succeed, you'll need
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors - Performance & Goal Management, Succession Planning
• E2E Implementation experience and AMS (Application Maintenance Support) experience in SuccessFactors PMGM, Succession Planning module Ability to evaluate and document business requirements
• Have initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Great English skills, both written and spoken
