We're a diverse team who partners and supports the business to enable delivery against our strategic and financial goals. Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cosy environment. You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break!



THE ROLE


Reporting to the Finance Lead, you will have an important role in the business's financial operations. Working with the finance team to achieve the department and team goals, ensuring efficient, timely, and accurate information.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Raise invoices on Partners' behalf (B2B)
  • Ensure accurate and updated account statements
  • Ensure that Partners accounts are reconciled to the accuracy of the data
  • Acquire and interpret data, analyze results, and provide/improve ongoing Partner finance reports
  • Assure all the deadlines are met regarding the accounting monthly closing
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting procedures
  • Respond to Partners’ queries in a timely manner
  • WHO YOU ARE

  • Graduated in Accounting, Management, or similar subject;
  • A professional with a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Finance Operations; 
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken is mandatory;
  • Microsoft Office experience, mainly Excel;
  • Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • A team worker, with the ability to interact with different departments;
  • Have effective organizational, stress, and time management skills;
  • Dynamic, with a high sense of responsibility, autonomy, and critical sense;
  • VAT operational knowledge in an international environment;
