We’re looking for a senior data analyst to join our Lisbon team and provide strategic insights that drive business growth and enhance customer initiatives. The role will primarily support our customer solutions team, as well as sales operations, customer support, and customer success teams within the customer data intelligence cross-functional department. This position requires a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong business acumen to support decision-making and align data initiatives with long-term objectives. Lead complex data analyses, develop robust models, and create dashboards to support business-critical decisions and track customer performance metricsTranslate complex data into actionable insights that align with long-term business strategy and drive key business decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, challenge assumptions with data-driven insights, and promote a culture of insights-driven decision-makingOwn and execute end-to-end delivery of high-impact data projects, making strategic decisions independently with minimal oversightAnalyze ambiguous problems using advanced analytical methods and identify opportunities where data can drive strategic impactCommunicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between data initiatives and business prioritiesUtilize advanced SQL, Tableau (or similar tools), Python/R, and dbt (or equivalent) for data transformation, visualization, and statistical analysis Does this sound like you?
