About the Opportunity
Salsify is looking for a technically savvy, detail-oriented, resourceful and analytical digital operations specialist to join the Marketing Operations team as a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist. This critical role is responsible for helping to oversee the marketing infrastructure and will be instrumental in leveraging marketing automation (Marketo) to execute campaigns and capture data across the entire marketing and sales cycle. They will utilize their business analyst skills to analyze, identify, design and optimize business processes, monitor the overall health of the marketing automation database, manage the marketing communication calendar and associated audience segmentation and targeting, and execute on bulk imports of data.
The person in this role will work with many different units and must be excellent at cross-functional collaboration, project management, and verbal and written communication. They must be able to translate marketing requirements into measurable, scalable experiences for prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Operations Manager with day-to-day campaign operations and systems administration (Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, Asana, Drift, GoToWebinar, Salesloft) while optimizing for scale and efficiency, including building of event and email programs in Marketo
- Manage email lists, data file aggregation and uploads according to campaign requirements
- Assist the Marketing Operations Manager to ensure appropriate documentation, training, and adherence to governance standards (including naming conventions)
- Partner with an internal and external team of stakeholders, including sales and marketing partners to understand objectives and translate strategies into technical execution
- Monitor and review campaign performance across all channels to ensure campaigns are running appropriately, with accurate attribution and desired successes
- Manage contact database including list segmentation, opt-in/out management, and data uploads (ex. event and content syndication list uploads)
- Create reports and analyze campaign performance
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of experience managing all aspects of a marketing automation platform such as Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua or Pardotsome text
- Experience with both Hubspot, Marketo and Salesforce a plus!
- Experience managing marketing email and event campaigns
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Self-motivated, quick learner with the ability to plan and collaborate effectively to run campaigns
- Strong organization and project management skills with an ability to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify gaps, research solutions, implement plans, and analyze performance
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environment

The posted compensation range reflects the base salary for this position. In addition to base salary, some eligible roles may also have a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Salsify employees receive equity in the form of stock options. All full-time employees are invited to participate in our Total Rewards plan, which includes health & medical benefits, PTO, and more. Offers to join Salsify are based on a few criteria, including the scope of the role, the candidate’s work experience, targeted skills, internal equity of the team, and external market data.
National Pay Range
€30.175—€35.500 EUR
