Your Role: Senior Product Designer
As a Senior Product Designer at UpHill Health, you will be instrumental in crafting best-in-class digital experiences that revolutionize healthcare delivery. You will lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and high-impact solutions that minimize medical errors, optimize workflows, and enhance patient outcomes. Your work will directly influence healthcare professionals and the lives of patients.
What You’ll Do
✅ Lead the design, prototyping, and development of innovative, user-centric healthcare solutions.
✅ Establish and maintain a scalable, cohesive design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
✅ Conduct deep user research, analyze data, and translate insights into elegant, functional designs.
✅ Drive the evolution of UX/UI best practices, ensuring seamless, intuitive digital interactions.
✅ Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and clinical experts to bring impactful solutions to life.
✅ Champion accessibility and usability principles, ensuring products cater to diverse healthcare environments.
✅ Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
What We’re Looking For
✔ 7+ years of experience in Product Design, with a focus on digital healthcare solutions or complex enterprise systems.
✔ A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design, information architecture, and end-to-end product development.
✔ Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
✔ Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making.
✔ Experience designing for highly regulated industries, such as healthcare or finance, is a strong plus.
✔ Strong visual design and branding skills to create cohesive, high-impact product experiences.
✔ A strategic mindset, with the ability to balance business objectives with user needs.
Bonus Points For
➕ Experience in motion design, micro-interactions, or animation to enhance UX.
➕ Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Lean UX, and cross-functional collaboration.
