Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on building the product vision and executing the product strategy.
- Define and gather functional and business requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams and executive/non-executive stakeholders to build and refine new product features.
- Drive new feature development from start to finish on multiple user interface platforms.
- Plan and communicate new feature roll-outs to internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with the design team to conduct user research, usability tests, and data-driven experiments to guide product direction.
- Conduct field research to understand and prioritize user needs.
- Own, define, monitor, and measure success metrics for the product/features.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of direct product management experience or similar.
- Experience in healthcare or health tech.
- Proven ability to engage multiple stakeholders to support essential business decisions.
- Familiarity with design thinking principles and lean and agile software delivery.
- Knowledge of Agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide by example.
- Data-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent organization and planning skills.
- Experience working closely with design and development professionals.
