Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on building the product vision and executing the product strategy.
  • Define and gather functional and business requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and executive/non-executive stakeholders to build and refine new product features.
  • Drive new feature development from start to finish on multiple user interface platforms.
  • Plan and communicate new feature roll-outs to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with the design team to conduct user research, usability tests, and data-driven experiments to guide product direction.
  • Conduct field research to understand and prioritize user needs.
  • Own, define, monitor, and measure success metrics for the product/features.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of direct product management experience or similar.
  • Experience in healthcare or health tech.
  • Proven ability to engage multiple stakeholders to support essential business decisions.
  • Familiarity with design thinking principles and lean and agile software delivery.
  • Knowledge of Agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide by example.
  • Data-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Experience working closely with design and development professionals.
