Your Role:

Strategy Execution: Drive the product strategy and roadmap for Rarible, aligned with company goals and customer needs.Customer-Focused Development: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable product features.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, and business development teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful solutions.Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.Quick Delivery Mindset: Use agile methodologies to iterate rapidly and ensure timely delivery of new features and improvements. About You:
5+ years of Product Management experience, with 2+ years leading teams or initiatives.A passion for NFTs, Web3, and marketplace technologies, with a deep understanding of their dynamics.Experience working on B2B products, especially within marketplaces or enterprise-level solutions.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning diverse teams and priorities.A proven ability to execute strategy, deliver results, and drive product adoption in a fast-paced environment.A strong UX/UI intuition to ensure the best user experience across the platform.A data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
