UpHill develops best practice clinical pathways and pathway-based decision support system that automates care. We work with leading healthcare providers and life sciences companies throughout Europe to reduce waste related to care variability and fragmentation, while increasing patient outcomes and revenue.

Today we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our talented product team and help us revolutionise healthcare, minimize medical error and thus improve patient outcomes.


On your journey with us, we'll kindly ask you to help us with this:

  • Collaborate on building the product vision and on executing the product strategy.
  • Define and gather functional and business requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and executive/non-executive stakeholders to build a new product feature.
  • Drive new feature development from start to finish on multiple user interface platforms.
  • Plan and communicate new features roll-outs to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with the design team to conduct user research, usability tests, data-driven experiments to guide the product direction.
  • Conduct field research to understand and prioritise user needs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, analysts, engineers and designers to deliver high quality product features and user experiences.
  • Own, define, monitor, and measure success metrics for the product/features.


Main Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct product manager experience or similar.
  • Experience in healthcare or health tech.
  • Experience engaging multiples stakeholders to support essential business decisions.
  • Familiarity with design thinking principles and lean and agile software delivery.
  • Knowledge of Agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Leadership skills and capacity to be a technical guidance/mentor by example.
  • Data-driven decision mindset and result-oriented.
  • Great organisation and planning skills.
  • Experience working closely with design and development professionals.
