Our mission is to transform the way sports brands manage, leverage and license their media content. Founded in 2021, ScorePlay is the first AI-powered end-to-end media workspace designed for sports. We've co-constructed a software that helps sports organizations index, manage, distribute, and monetize their videos, live broadcasts and photos on a single platform, enabling their visual storytelling and expanding their online reach and brand. We use AI and data to tag content automatically, which can automate and streamline classification, distribution and production, as well as streamlining video broadcast workflows to better connect ecosystems.

ScorePlay is currently recruiting for a Senior Product Manager to work in our Product team. You will be responsible for creating and executing ScorePlay’s product strategy, seamlessly blending user’s needs and business objectives.
At ScorePlay you will be joining a growing company, take ownership and autonomy of your work, and contribute to building a product that changes the sports media landscape. We will provide you with a range of tools here at ScorePlay such as Linear, Notion, Claap and Slack to help you with your work.
The position
As a Senior Product Manager at ScorePlay, you will be at the heart of shaping our product strategy and execution. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our users’ needs and business goals are seamlessly translated into impactful product features and actionable development tasks. You'll work cross-functionally to align our business stakeholders, development, and product teams toward shared objectives, driving collaboration and innovation.
Additionally, you will spearhead the setup and optimization of product management tools to enhance processes across ideation, prioritization, specification, and delivery, ensuring our teams operate at peak efficiency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities: 1- Drive Ideation, Prioritization and Specification Processes
- Own and coordinate the quarterly ****roadmap process with co-founders and stakeholders, ensuring all topics align with product and tech OKRs.
- Set-up the proper processes to include your teams and stakeholders in the process of gathering ideas, feedbacks and topics to include in your prioritization tool.
- Drive a cost / value short-term prioritization among all sources of inputs: users feeback, bugs follow-up, business goals, UX manager’s studies, tech recommendations.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and prioritized backlog.
- Ensure proper creation of user stories and tickets’ specifications.
2- Coordinate the delivery process
- Lead tickets refinement and sprint planning for both feature teams.
- Act as a facilitator during the sprint period.
- Ensure the execution of QA processes.
- Follow the success of your features with data.
3- Build and lead a strong tribe
- Leadership: Act as a unifying leader, ensuring product and tech teams operate cohesively as one unit.
- Organizational Development: Propose and implement organizational changes in alignment with leadership.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the UX/UI team to align priorities and development cycles.
4- Align Product with Business Teams (CS/Sales)
- Alignement with clients’ needs and calendar through CS: Make sure priotization takes into account CS feedback on users’ expectations.
- Sales Support: Guide and assist the Sales team with lead management processes, providing all product news and updates.
- Feedback Loop: Implement and manage processes for gathering user feedback to enhance the user journey.
- Communication: Deliver clear and transparent updates on product and tech priorities to all teams.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience as a Product Manager and has a strong track record of success within a SaaS, B2B startup environments.
- Proven ability to lead product’s processes (ideation, prioritization, project management, testing) and assist the development workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of successfully influencing senior stakeholders and aligning remote teams.
- The ability to align and lead multiple business functions while balancing different priorities.
- Ability to hold technical conversations with engineering teams and provide solutions to technical blockers.
This position is fully remote and we welcome candidates located in Europe.
