Product Manager leads the development and execution of a product strategy, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimisation. They are responsible for defining the product vision, conducting market research, analysing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and defining product requirements to ensure the product aligns with customer needs and drives business growth.

Responsibilities

• Leads experimentation definition, execution and post analysis
• Optimisations of business processes
• Sets success metrics for epics, issues and tracks post-launch metrics
• Researches and defines category vision and strategy
• Ensures the product completeness
• Evaluates potential and fitting products for acquisition by AUTODOC
• Develops the programme vision and roadmap
• Creates and manages the product backlog
• Defines releases and programm increments
• Identifies the potential risks to the product's success and develops contingency plans to mitigate them

Requirements

• Ability to build rapport with stakeholders to align around priorities
• A strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies (experimentation, ab testing, continuous , roadmapping, scientific product development)
• Ability to perform extensive market research to determine what type of products consumers need
• Familiar with prioritisation frameworks
• Can ensure the solution is viable
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Understands and uses SEO fundamentals
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
• Understands how to lead products to success
• Has deep knowledge in the appropriate area
• Previous experience in e-commerce, conversion optimization and growth;
• Previous auto experience is a plus
