We’re on a mission to transform how Salesforce powers our sales organisation. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping Salesforce into a streamlined, efficient, and indispensable tool for our sales and account management teams. As a trusted advisor to our business, you’ll lead the charge in aligning Salesforce with our goals, driving process optimisation, automation, and impactful outcomes that truly make a difference.

  • Proven experience in a Salesforce Project Management role, with hands-on configuration expertise and a strong track record of leading Salesforce implementations.
  • Recommended Salesforce certifications are Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant. Nice-to-have certifications include Salesforce Application Architect and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
  • Strong ability to map business needs to Salesforce capabilities, with a focus on reducing complexity and maximising automation.
  • Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies, delivering incremental improvements in a structured, iterative approach.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to assess processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across teams.
  • Knowledge of data governance and experience with creating impactful dashboards and reports.
  • A proactive mindset, focused on unlocking the full potential of Salesforce to empower end users.
