The Strategy & Operations Associate will work closely with Growth Department leadership to support Sword Health's fast-paced expansion. This role will focus on driving revenue and enhancing member experience by taking on high-impact strategic projects and operational initiatives. The associate will lead and assist in special growth-related projects that influence key business areas across departments, ensuring smooth execution of growth strategies and campaigns with significant cross-functional and financial impact.
