Talent Acquisition Intern (3-months)

We are in search of a Talent Acquisition Intern (3-month Internship) to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting the successful implementation of our new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and enhancing our hiring operations.

What will be your responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with the configuration and rollout of our new ATS
• Help map, organize, and transfer candidate and recruitment data to the new platform
• Assist in testing workflows, automation, and integrations to ensure smooth functionality
• Contribute to documentation of new processes and internal guides for future use
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for feedback collection and issue resolution
• Assist with training preparation for hiring managers and recruiters
• Participate in other recruitment-related projects or operational tasks as needed

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• Availability to join an internship for 3 months
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Interest in recruitment or HR tech
• Comfortable with learning new tools and systems quickly
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to contribute to an evolving project
