What you’ll do:
As part of the Emma IT team, you will be responsible for the overall technical support of our employees and externals such as freelancers and contact center agents.You will address incidents and requests stated by users via ticketing system, email, or teams chat globally.You will take full ownership in maintaining, improving, and configuring the different systems, tools, and applications used within Emma.You will be responsible in creating detailed documentation regarding the newly implemented systems, tools, and applications within our environment and/or the improvement of thereof.You will support the Senior members of the team in systems implementation, process improvement and project initiatives.You will maintain and manage all computer hardware, video conferencing assets and network infrastructure. You are passionate about technology and eager to learn more about IT operations and infrastructure.You have a basic understanding of networking, hardware, and software, and you're excited to deepen your knowledge.You are a problem-solver who enjoys tackling technical challenges and finding solutions.You are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy.You are a team player who can work collaboratively but also take initiative and work independently when needed.You have strong communication skills and can clearly document technical information for various audiences.You are curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve processes and systems.You are preferably available for 9 months.
