We are in search of a Technical Implementation Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth implementation and delivery of our solutions while serving as a technical expert for customer success initiatives.


What will be your responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, bridging the gap between client needs and engineering teams;
  • Manage the implementation of Bloq.it’s solutions for new and existing customers, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction;
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on the solution’s architecture, APIs, and overall functionality;
  • Develop and improve processes to streamline delivery, ensuring scalability and efficiency;
  • Support customers post-sales by troubleshooting issues and advising on best practices;
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to address client inquiries and improve customer satisfaction;
  • Design and present business cases or technical challenges to assess and refine customer-specific processes.


What are the requirements to join us in this position

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role, such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Manager, Delivery Manager, or a related field;
  • Strong technical expertise, with a proven ability to understand and explain complex systems, including APIs and integrations;
  • Proven ability to work in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and improving processes from scratch;
  • Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in English.

Extra valued skills

  • Experience in the smart locker or logistics industry;
  • Fluency in other European languages like French, Italian or German;
  • Proficiency with technical tools such API documentation platforms.
